Most NEW-CLIENT COLOR APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A CONSULTATION.
All Color services include a full k18 treatment.

Some services may require extra time or product, resulting in additional costs depending on hair density, length, color history, and product usage.

CANCELLATION POLICY
I require 72 hours notice if you are needing to cancel
or reschedule your appointment.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. However, to maintain fairness to all our clients, a missed appointment fee of half of the total service cost scheduled will be charged. This fee needs to be paid to rebook. We appreciate your understanding!

RETURN/Deposit POLICY:
All product sales are final and non-refundable. Services rendered are non-refundable, and deposits for services cancelled up to 3 days in advance can be applied to the rescheduled appointment. Deposits for missed or no-show appointments will not be returned or retained for future use.
